These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by TBME Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Company Overview
TBME Ltd is a full-service brand management and digital media company dedicated to building and expanding the personal brand of independent content creators. Our mission is to help creators focus on content while we manage the rest, with professionalism, discretion, and a focus on strategic growth.
2. Services Provided
We offer custom service packages based on each client's specific needs. Services may include, but are not limited to:

All services are subject to the agreed-upon scope outlined in the client agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

Honour payment terms as agreed.

Not misuse, redistribute, or misrepresent our work as your own beyond agreed usage rights.
4. Payment Terms
All fees and payment terms will be outlined in your individual client agreement. TBME Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of late or non-payment.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a no-obligation refund within 7 days of the service being delivered. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund by contacting us at socials@tbmeltd.com. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
This policy applies only to one-time or initial services and does not cover ongoing packages or retainer agreements unless otherwise specified.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and handle all information shared with the highest level of discretion. All proprietary or sensitive information shared with TBME Ltd will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless legally required.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, strategies, and assets developed by TBME Ltd remain the intellectual property of TBME Ltd unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients are granted a license to use deliverables for their personal or business brand under the terms agreed upon in their contract.
8. Limitation of Liability
TBME Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided. Our maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services in question.
9. Emotional Support Disclaimer
While TBME Ltd provides 1:1 emotional support as part of our holistic services, this does not constitute therapy or licensed mental health counselling. We offer guidance and empathy based on lived experience, not professional psychological treatment.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. In the case of early termination, any outstanding work completed to date will be invoiced and payable as per the original agreement. Refund eligibility is subject to the Refund Policy above.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
